Is the Dragon’s Ascension, 1st Form of New Form (Xin Jia) taught in Six shorter forms which prepares one for

Is the Tiger’s Tenacity, it includes: 2nd Form (Cannon Fist) of New Form taught in Seven shorter forms that is in preparation for

Taiji Ball & Da Gan (Long Pole)

Advanced Level

Is a comprehensive review and study of all forms previously learned in addition:
